#### Une simulation de collisions de réponses de compteurs à un ping.

Le programme fonctionne selon deux modes.
Le premier compte les collisions à chaque vague de réponses, et compte le nombre de compteurs qui après toutes les
reponses envoyées ont collisioné à chaque fois.
Le second mode exécute les x émissions des x' compteurs x'' fois, et affiche la moyenne du nombre de compteurs qui ont
collisionné à toutes leurs émissions.
