The user-friendly, flexible and cross-platform tool frontend for programing and debugging
embedded ARM and RISC-V targets(such as stm32, esp32, gd32, etc.) on a separate host.

**Need hardware access of 'raw-usb', connect to 'raw-usb' plug first.**
