#### Reads eGK's and provides the data over a Websocket.

eGK-Reader opens a Webservice on Port 8080 and accepts Websocket connections.
Each Client that is connected to this Websocket gets a message once a eGK gets inserted an read by the Software.
You need to attach a physical eGK Smart card reader.
