Ella SMSC is a secure, reliable, and easy to operate SMS service center for private cellular networks. It works with Ella Core over Diameter (SGd and S6c).

After installing, edit /var/snap/ella-smsc/common/smsc.yaml, then start the service with `sudo snap start --enable ella-smsc.smscd`.
