#### Node-based workflows for generative AI images, video and audio

ComfyUI provides a browser interface for building and running generative AI
workflows with local models. Models are supplied separately.

Run comfyui and open <http://127.0.0.1:8188>. Use comfyui --cpu on systems
without a compatible NVIDIA GPU. Models, inputs, outputs and settings are
stored in ~/snap/comfyui/common by default.

## Enable snaps on Debian and install ComfyUI

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

On Debian 9 (Stretch) and newer, snap can be installed directly from the command line:

```
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
```

After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:

```
sudo snap install snapd
```

### Install ComfyUI

To install ComfyUI, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install comfyui --beta
```
