#### Peer-to-Peer VPN to connect your computers and microcontrollers

Husarnet is a different kind of VPN - it connects your devices, not your networks.
It runs on your computers, servers, Raspberry Pis and even on real tiny microcontrollers!
It's a great tool for remote development, out of band access, IoT and robotics.
It creates a globe-wide IPv6 network, where addresses are based on your public keys, and access is configured with 1:1 ACLs.
You can even share access to your devices with your coworkers with zero configuration on the host itself.

## Enable snaps on Fedora and install Husarnet

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

Snap can be installed on Fedora from the command line:

```
sudo dnf install snapd
```

Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.

To enable *classic* snap support, enter the following to create a symbolic link between `/var/lib/snapd/snap` and `/snap`:

```
sudo ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
```

### Install Husarnet

To install Husarnet, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install husarnet
```
