Distribué sous licence GPL Laurux est un logiciel de gestion (PGI) destiné aux petites entreprises, aux artisans et aux commerçants. Interfacé avec une base de données MySQL, il allie une robustesse d'utilisation avec une ergonomie très confortable.
Il tourne sous Linux, un système puissant, sécurisé, ouvert et sans virus. C'est la garantie de l'intégrité et de la pérennité des données mais aussi la certitude de l'interconnexion avec l'extérieur.
Chaque poste disposant d'une logithèque complète est un sytème bureautique performant sans surcout de licences.
Les postes caisse n'échappant pas à cette règle sont, eux aussi, des postes de travail complets permettant d'effectuer non seulement les opérations de caisse mais aussi l'ensemble des taches de gestion ainsi que toutes les opérations de bureautiques.
Il est distribué sous la licence GPL et il est gratuit.

**Attention la version Snap de Laurux est récente et certains problèmes sont liés au mode de confinement strict de l'application (connection base de données, impression, scanner & GED, fichier de configuration et $HOME). ## Enable snaps on Pop!\_OS and install laurux

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

Snap can be installed on Pop!\_OS from the command line. Open Terminal from the Applications launcher and type the following:

```
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
```

Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.

### Install laurux

To install laurux, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install laurux --candidate
```
