#### Sovereign Reality Creation Language

QBET (Quantum Binding & Emergence Toolchain) is a sovereign creation language
designed for deterministic reality manifestation. Unlike classical imperative
languages, QBET operates on a 3-layer Authoritative Model that separates
intention (Creation Layer) from mechanical execution (Execution Layer),
all governed by the immutable Kernel Law Contract.

Key Features:

* Sovereign Conduction: Translate declarative intent into low-level IR.
* Quantum Metaphysics: Native support for metaphorical world-building and state collapse.
* Deterministic Execution: Law-bound runtime ensuring coherence across all universes.
* Unified Toolchain: Includes the Omega-grade CLI Conductor and Visual Portal.

Governed exclusively by opendev-labs.

## Enable snaps on Fedora and install QBET Sovereign Engine

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

Snap can be installed on Fedora from the command line:

```
sudo dnf install snapd
```

Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.

To enable *classic* snap support, enter the following to create a symbolic link between `/var/lib/snapd/snap` and `/snap`:

```
sudo ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
```

### Install QBET Sovereign Engine

To install QBET Sovereign Engine, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install qbet
```
