#### 縦書きのテキストエディタ

縦書きノートは、日本語を縦に書くためのテキストエディタです。本文は
右から左、上から下へ流れます。Pango で組んだ文字をアプリ自身が描画
するので、カーソル・行番号・空白記号がずれることはありません。

おもな機能:

* 日本語入力に対応し、変換中の文字も縦組みで表示します
* 横棒や括弧を縦書き用の向きで表示します
* 複数のファイルをタブで開けます
* 本文の隣にメモを置け、本文と一緒に保存されます
* フォルダを開いて原稿全体を行き来できます
* 検索と置換、元に戻す / やり直す
* 行番号や空白記号の表示、改行コードの切り替え
* ダークモード。デスクトップの設定に合わせるか、明暗を固定できます

## Enable snaps on Kubuntu and install 縦書きノート

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

If you’re running [Kubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)](https://kubuntu.org/) or later, including [Kubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver)](https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BionicBeaver/ReleaseNotes/Kubuntu) and [Kubuntu 18.10 (Cosmic Cuttlefish)](https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CosmicCuttlefish/ReleaseNotes/Kubuntu), you don’t need to do anything. Snap is already installed and ready to go.

Versions of Kubuntu between [14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)](https://kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-14-04-lts) and [15.10 (Wily Werewolf)](https://kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-15-10) don’t include *snap* by default, but *snap* can be installed from the command line as follows:

```
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
```

### Install 縦書きノート

To install 縦書きノート, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install tate-note
```
