#### Live HTML, CSS and JavaScript playground with a console and preview

WebRendie is a desktop playground for web pages. Write HTML, CSS and
JavaScript in the Monaco editor and see the result in a live preview as you
type, with a console that shows logs, objects, tables and errors.

* Keep several projects, each with its own files, assets and settings
* Inspect console output and run code in the page with the built-in console
* Preview pages at phone, tablet and desktop sizes
* Answer fetch calls with an offline mock API
* Add libraries from cdnjs and serve a project on localhost for your browser
* Open and edit standalone HTML files next to their CSS, scripts and images

WebRendie is free to use, with optional paid Pro features: SCSS, Sass,
TypeScript, JSX and TSX; split editor layouts; custom mock API collections;
more than two projects; and project ZIP export.

## Enable snaps on Debian and install WebRendie - HTML Playground

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/store), an app store with an audience of millions.

### Enable snapd

On Debian 9 (Stretch) and newer, snap can be installed directly from the command line:

```
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
```

After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:

```
sudo snap install snapd
```

### Install WebRendie - HTML Playground

To install WebRendie - HTML Playground, simply use the following command:

```
sudo snap install webrendie
```
