A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants to
interact with self-hosted Jira instances using Personal Access Token
(PAT) authentication.

Features: create/read/update/delete issues, JQL search, comments,
assignments, project management, and status transitions.

Configuration via environment variables:

* JIRA\_BASE\_URL: your Jira instance base URL
* JIRA\_PAT: your Personal Access Token
* JIRA\_USER\_AGENT: optional custom User-Agent header
