#### Allows to run nvidia-smi on Ubuntu Core 24

`nvidia-smi` is the NVIDIA utility to see your driver version, GPU performance and information and the running processes on the GPU. This snap allows running the `nvidia-smi` executable that is part of the `pc-kernel` snap with `nvidia-driver` components and is provided by `mesa-2404` through the `gpu-2404` interface.
