#### A local RSS reader with a desktop app and command-line companion

Papr is a local-first RSS reader with feeds and folders, full-text
articles, tags, highlights, OPML import and export, an audio player,
newsletters and FreshRSS sync. Optional AI features use your own provider.

Open Papr from your application menu or run papr for the desktop.
Run papr.cli to read, search, refresh and manage the same local feeds
from the command line. Launch the desktop once to create the database.

This strictly confined snap stores its own data and settings. Configure
host agents to call papr.cli manually; automatic agent setup and the
application's launch-at-login setting are unavailable.
