#### CLI pour PhpNitro, le framework PHP pour apps mobiles/desktop natives

Installe `phpx` avec son propre PHP embarqué, plus tout ce que
`phpx run` a besoin pour lancer le desktop Linux d'un projet scaffoldé
(`--all`) sans rien à installer soi-même : Python 3, PyGObject/GTK4,
Cairo, libshumate (MapView). Les animations Lottie ne fonctionnent
pas dans ce snap (librlottie0-1 vit dans le dépôt Ubuntu Pro/ESM sur
ce base — voir snap/README.md) ; le reste du framework n'en dépend
pas.

`phpx new mon-app`, `phpx serve`, `phpx run`... fonctionnent
directement après `snap install phpx`, comme le SDK Flutter après son
propre téléchargement.
