Shutter by Mario Kemper
Shutter is a feature-rich screenshot program. You can take a screenshot of a specific area, window, your whole screen, or even of a website - apply different effects to it, draw on it to highlight points, and then upload to an image hosting site, all within one window.
This snap was created because Shutter is no longer available in the Ubuntu repositories beyond 18.04. It's my favourite tool for taking and modifying screenshots, so I snapped it. The package is a little on the large side because it contains a ton of legacy packages which Shutter requires.
Built from the upstream tarball at https://launchpad.net/shutter/ using the snapcraft configuration at https://github.com/popey/shutter-snap/
