This is the pc-kernel r207 repackaged as "test-snapd-pc-kernel"
to allow testing the remodel-to-a-different kernel feature.

Do *not* use this in anything but short-lived tests, it may
not even boot and by the time you read this may contain a
gazillion security issues.
