#### Toggled Mesh (BLE) adapter for the Toggled iQ controller

Talks to Toggled Mesh devices (tTube, tSwitch, sensors, controllers) over
Bluetooth LE via BlueZ. Runs as a daemon that bridges the mesh to the
controller's local MQTT bus, and provides scan/bridge commands for testing.
