#### Toggled iQ Modbus TCP/RTU adapter

Modbus TCP/RTU adapter for the Toggled iQ controller: polls energy meters, VFDs and HVAC gear and
decodes registers to points via per-device profiles, on the local MQTT bus (prefix toggled/modbus),
same contract as the other adapters. RTU uses the serial-port interface.
