#### M3U Proxy for Plex DVR and Emby Live TV.

This is a fork of the xTeVe that is simplified and snapified. It does not have any of the transcoding features but has an updated and well-tested internal buffering scheme and significant optimizations. It also reconnects to avoid malicious ISPs.
