PPSSPP is a PSP emulator that can run games at full HD resolution. It can even upscale textures that would otherwise be too blurry as they were made for the small screen of the original PSP.

sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install snapd
To install PPSSPP, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install ppsspp-emu
