Analyze ELF binaries in the terminal
Binsider is a terminal interface for inspecting ELF binaries. It shows
general file information, headers, symbols, shared libraries, strings and
a hex view.
Examples
binsider ./my-program
binsider --tab strings --min-len 8 ./my-program
binsider --tab hexdump ./my-program
File access
Binsider can open files in your home directory. To also open files on USB
drives and other removable media (/media, /mnt), run:
sudo snap connect binsider:removable-media
The snap cannot see /usr/local, /opt or the host's /tmp. System call
tracing in the Dynamic tab is disabled, as the snap sandbox blocks it.
