This cross platform version of Caselist ® by CiteGuard ® Pte Ltd is released for testing. LawNet (Singapore) has confirmed that this is compliant with its terms and conditions!
Caselist ® allows users to batch download legal cases from the Internet and save your downloads into a ZIP file, create Bundles of Authorities, and automatically generate tab pages! Caselist ® uses CiteGuard ® technology to help you detect potential hallucinated citations by artificial intelligence in your documents, so that you can double-check them manually.
Caselist ® automates the downloading of cited cases by scanning files which you open for case citations which reference cases in supported databases. You will then be able to select which of those cases you wish to download.
When the Download button is clicked, it downloads all of the selected cases to your hard drive in a format of your choice in the background, saving precious time which would otherwise be needed to download each of those cases manually.
The current jurisdictions supported are Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
Caselist ® generates Bundles of Authorities using both authorities downloaded by it as well as custom files, and exports the entire bundle, including an index with the corresponding page numbers, to a PDF which you can then use for litigation or arbitration. Caselist runs the bundling process locally to protect your confidentiality.
