Check if Canonical's Contributor License Agreement has been signed
Most projects at Canonical require contributors to sign the CLA. That
typically means that one must check to see if a contributor has signed the
CLA, which is where this snap comes in handy.
You only need the email address of the contributor; run the snap with the
following:

Enable snapd
On a Raspberry Pi running the latest version of Raspbian snap can be installed directly from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
You will also need to reboot your device:
sudo reboot
After this, install the core snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install core
