This App is based on Wechat Web App(https://wx.qq.com/), Tencent ( the company of WeChat) has deny new user login from the Web App by some reasons. You can continue use this App if you can login the Web App.
If you can't find the running App by close the window, you can install this extension( (https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1031/topicons/)) to see the top tray icon.
