images or photos, fixed or animated,
The snap package was built directly from ffdiaporama_2.1+dfsg-1_amd64.deb and ffdiaporama-data_2.1+dfsg-1_all.deb (Ubuntu18.04).
ffdiaporama_texturemate_1.0.2014.0125.tar.gz is integrated.
I didn't compile the source code.
For versions of Ubuntu between 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) and 15.10 (Wily Werewolf), as well as Ubuntu flavours that don’t include snap by default, snap can be installed from the Ubuntu Software Centre by searching for snapd.
Alternatively, snapd can be installed from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
