Unleash the next generation of archiving with G3FC. Experience incredible speed with Zstandard (Zstd) compression and unbreakable security with AES-265-GCM. Built-in data resilience (FEC) protects your files from corruption, making G3FC the ultimate choice for secure, long-term storage and fast data transfer.
Snap Version Limitations: Please note that for security, the Snap version is restricted and can primarily access files within your home directory and on removable media. It is highly recommended to use absolute paths (e.g., /home/user/documents) for your files to ensure they are correctly located. For unrestricted access to the entire filesystem, please use the binaries available directly from the project's GitHub releases page.

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.
Snaps are discoverable and installable from the Snap Store, an app store with an audience of millions.
Snap can be installed on Fedora from the command line:
sudo dnf install snapd
Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.
To enable classic snap support, enter the following to create a symbolic link between /var/lib/snapd/snap and /snap:
sudo ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
To install G3FC File Archiver, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install g3fc
Browse and find snaps from the convenience of your desktop using the snap store snap.
