gds2pov is a program to take a integrated circuit gds2 layout file and output a POV-Ray scene description file of the gds2 data. This allows the creation of attractive 3D pictures of a layout.
POV-Ray is a completely free, cross platform ray tracer. It can be obtained from http://www.povray.org/

Enable snapd
Snap can be installed on Fedora from the command line:
sudo dnf install snapd
Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.
To enable classic snap support, enter the following to create a symbolic link between /var/lib/snapd/snap and /snap:
sudo ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
