The KeePassX upstream project hasn't been updated since October 2016. A community fork called KeePassXC was started from the latest source code and now includes new features and bug fixes, and the maintainers are very active and responsive. I recommend to install that snap instead. -- elopio

personal data management. It has a light interface, is cross platform and
published under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
For versions of Ubuntu between 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) and 15.10 (Wily Werewolf), as well as Ubuntu flavours that don’t include snap by default, snap can be installed from the Ubuntu Software Centre by searching for snapd.
Alternatively, snapd can be installed from the command line:
Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.
