The shared runtime the PDF 30-in-1 snap runs on. It is installed automatically with PDF 30-in-1 and isn't useful on its own.
It carries the desktop libraries, fonts, themes and locales the app needs on top of core22, plus the programs some of its tools use: LibreOffice (Word, Excel and PowerPoint conversions), Tesseract (OCR) and Ghostscript (PDF/A). Keeping them here makes PDF 30-in-1's own updates much smaller.

Snaps are discoverable and installable from the Snap Store, an app store with an audience of millions.
Snap can be installed on elementary OS from the command line. Open Terminal from the Applications launcher and type the following:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
Either log out and back in again, or restart your system, to ensure snap’s paths are updated correctly.
To install pdf-30-in-1-runtime, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install pdf-30-in-1-runtime
