PocketBase provides a SQLite database, authentication, file storage, realtime subscriptions and a web dashboard in one application.
The service starts on 127.0.0.1:8090. Create the first administrator:
sudo pocketbase superuser create admin@example.com 'your-password'
Open http://localhost:8090/_/ to manage the application. Data, hooks, migrations and static files are stored under /var/snap/pocketbase/common.
To listen on your network:
sudo snap set pocketbase address=0.0.0.0:8090
Use SMTP for email and a reverse proxy for HTTPS. Updates come through snap refresh; the upstream self-update command is not included.

Snaps are applications packaged with all their dependencies to run on all popular Linux distributions from a single build. They update automatically and roll back gracefully.
Snaps are discoverable and installable from the Snap Store, an app store with an audience of millions.
On Debian 9 (Stretch) and newer, snap can be installed directly from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install snapd
To install PocketBase, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install pocketbase
Browse and find snaps from the convenience of your desktop using the snap store snap.
