SlideLite opens PowerPoint (.pptx) presentations and presents them without an office suite. It renders slides with themes, masters and layouts, text, shapes, pictures, tables, charts and SmartArt, and plays slide transitions and build animations in a fullscreen slide show.
SlideLite is a viewer only: presentations are never modified, macros never run, and it works completely offline with no accounts or telemetry.

On Debian 9 (Stretch) and newer, snap can be installed directly from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install snapd
To install SlideLite, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install slidelite
