Private, local-first retirement planner (beta, free to use)

AegisRetirementPlanner turns a conversation about the retirement you want into a budget, a multi-bucket strategy and Monte Carlo odds that the money lasts.

  • A guided interview (or plain forms) builds your retirement budget, line by line, with where every number came from.
  • Cash, income and growth buckets with refill rules you choose.
  • 10,000 simulated lifetimes with federal taxes by bracket, Roth conversions, RMDs, Social Security and pensions; sweeps, heatmaps and sensitivity.
  • Import 401(k), IRA, brokerage, pension and Social Security statements.
  • Save, clone and compare scenarios; export a PDF report.
  • Requires ollama and local models to run. 8 Billion parameter models like qwen2.5 work well.

Everything stays on your computer. The interview and assistant run on a local model through Ollama (https://ollama.com), installed separately — the app explains how on first start.

AegisRetirementPlanner is in beta and free to use: there is no license charge during the beta. In the future some features may require a one-time license purchase.

This is an educational planning tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.
