A Bamboo Server is an off-the-grid application server that can run on your own hardware or in the cloud. Bamboo Apps are offline web applications you can use in any modern browser. Configured as a Wifi hotspot, you can host public web apps accessible only to local communities in Wifi range. As a public Wifi hotspot, a portal page lets users register and possibly use the regular internet.
