Install latest/beta of booster

booster is only available on the unstable beta channel. It could break and change often.

Network interface balancer.

When booster spawns, it identifies the network interfaces available in the system that provide an active internet connection. It then starts a socks5 proxy server that according to some particular strategy, it is able to distribute the incoming network traffic across the network interfaces collected.
