Install latest/stable of ccache — Compiler cache (UNOFFICIAL)
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install ccache --classic
Don't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
ccache is a compiler cache. It [speeds up recompilation][1] by caching previous compilations and detecting when the same compilation is being done again. Supported languages are C, C++, Objective-C and Objective-C++.
