Self-hosted real-time collaboration server for Electronic Catalog Maker

Runs a small local server that lets several people edit the same Electronic Catalog Maker (.ecatm) catalog file at the same time, live — hotspot edits, table edits, and cursor presence all sync instantly between everyone connected.

Launch it and a status page opens in your browser showing:

  • a local address for collaborators on the same network, and
  • a public address (via a temporary Cloudflare Quick Tunnel) for collaborators anywhere else — no router configuration, no account, no sign-up.

This is a companion tool for the free Electronic Catalog Maker editor (https://alexandrkotov.github.io/electronic-catalog-maker/editor/), which detects a running server automatically. It has no window of its own by design — the browser status page is the entire interface, with a single Stop button.

No files are ever read from or written to disk by this app. A collaboration session exists only in memory for as long as the server keeps running; stopping it (or closing the app) discards it completely.
