Install latest/stable of epitopepredict
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install epitopepredictDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
epitopepredict is a python package and command line interface that provides a an interface for executing multiple MHC binding prediction methods. The tool can be used for epitope and neo-epitope prediction.
