Build a farm from an empty patch of land

You start with ten coins, six seeds and no tools at all. The first tree comes down with your bare hands — and out of that wood comes the axe for the next one. Turn the soil, sow what you have, and by the evening something is growing where nothing was.

From there it grows in every direction. Chickens, cows, pigs, sheep, horses and bees each want their own place, their own food and their own water. The mine goes down through copper and silver to gold, and the deeper you go the less it wants to let you back out. There are fish in the lake, deer in the forest, and wolves after dark.

In town there are traders, a cook, an armourer and a jeweller, a job board that always has work, and a small arcade for when the day is done. Nothing has to be done in any particular order — the farm waits.

  • Over 300 things to find, grow, cook, forge and wear
  • 231 recipes, from a plank to a gold ring
  • Six kinds of animal, each with its own building to raise and feed
  • Seventeen skills that grow with what you actually do
  • Four seasons, weather, day and night — and the year keeps turning
  • A mine on three levels, fishing, hunting and beekeeping
  • Quests from the job board, and trophies for the long haul
  • Four little games in the arcade
  • Several save slots, and it saves by itself
  • Mouse, keyboard or gamepad
