Install latest/stable of flaarum

flaarum uses less RAM than other SQL databases. This would reduce your costs because in a server environment you pay per RAM, CPU, Network usage.
Autoscaling
flaarum has single country autoscaling. Where you resize your server to a big machine in the morning and then resize it to a small machine at night.
