Install latest/edge of grpusr
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install grpusr --edgeDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
Use grpusr to query which group (or groups) a user (or users) is a member of! No more nasty shellscript parsing of /etc/group and /etc/passwd! I've done it for you!
