The SQL IDE for your terminal
Harlequin is a SQL IDE that runs in the terminal. It has a data catalog, a query editor with autocomplete and a results viewer. DuckDB and SQLite work out of the box; the Postgres and MySQL adapters are included too.
Examples
harlequin ./my-data.duckdb
harlequin -a sqlite ./my-data.db
harlequin -a postgres "postgres://user:password@localhost:5432/mydb"
File access
Harlequin can use database files in your home directory. To also use USB drives and other removable media (/media, /mnt), run:
sudo snap connect harlequin:removable-media
