Hotel Anvelope

Hotel Anvelope is the desktop and mobile companion for workshops that keep their customers' tyres between seasons. It replaces the notebook and the spreadsheet with one simple flow: intake, label, shelf, release. Every tyre set has a code, a place and a history, and any colleague can find it in seconds.

Intake in under a minute Type the licence plate and the app finds the customer if they have been before. Add season, size, tread depth, condition and whether the tyres are on rims, attach photos and let the customer sign on screen. The set gets a unique code and a shelf suggestion based on the space you actually have left.

Labels with QR codes Print labels for a thermal printer or on A4 sheets, one at a time or for a whole batch. On a phone or tablet the label is scanned with the camera; on Linux the code is typed, because WebKitGTK does not expose the camera to applications.

Shelves and locations with real capacity Model your storage as locations and shelves, each with its capacity in sets or in single tyres. The dashboard shows what is stored, what is due back this season and how much room remains, so you know before the rush whether you need another rack.

Customers, vehicles and money Private customers or companies with a tax number, one record per vehicle, and the full history of every set: stored when, released when, by whom. Storage fees per season, PDF deposit receipts, payments and outstanding balances are tracked alongside.

Reminders and offline work Customers get automatic e-mail reminders when the season changes or the storage period ends. Intake and release keep working without internet in the workshop; data syncs when the connection is back.

A team tool Invite colleagues with different roles, follow the activity log and export everything to CSV or Excel whenever you want. Import from existing spreadsheets or from other applications. Your data belongs to your workshop: you can export it or delete the account at any time from Settings.

Same data everywhere Hotel Anvelope runs on Linux, macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android, and all devices share the same account. Available in 14 languages: English, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish.
