Libxml2 is the XML C parser and toolkit developed for the Gnome project (but usable outside of the Gnome platform), it is free software available under the MIT License.
This snap ships the latest released and development snapshot of libxml2 itself and expose its command-line utilites to the system.

sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
You will also need to reboot your device:
sudo reboot
After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install snapd
To install XML Toolkit from the GNOME Project, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install libxml2
