ubuntu-package-changelog can be used to get a changelog for a given Ubuntu source package.

On a Raspberry Pi running the latest version of Raspbian snap can be installed directly from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
You will also need to reboot your device:
After this, install the core snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install core
To install ubuntu-package-changelog, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install ubuntu-package-changelog
