Install latest/stable of joule-expansion
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?

Install using the command line
sudo snap install joule-expansion --classicDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
Allow applications, running inside cloud scale groups, to have a say in how and when they're scaled.
Generate an embeddable card to be shared on external websites.
