LexBox Document Processing Appliance

LexBox is an edge-computing appliance that brings Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities to regulated industries (Legal, Accounting, Customs) without sending data to the cloud. All processing happens locally within the client's network.

This monolithic snap includes:

  • Ollama LLM inference engine (native daemon)
  • OCR Service (Tesseract-based PDF text extraction)
  • LLM Service (Document analysis with Ollama)
  • File Watcher (Pipeline orchestration)
  • LexBox Portal (Web interface for monitoring)
  • LexBox CLI (Management tool)

All services run as native snap daemons - no Docker required.
