Media sample files for testing media playback and encoding

This snap provides a collection of Big Buck Bunny (BBB) media sample files in various codecs, containers, and resolutions for use in media testing. The samples cover AV1, VP9, VP8, H264, MPEG2, and MJPEG codecs across resolutions from 180p to 4K.

Other snaps can consume these samples via the content interface by connecting to the "media-samples" slot.
