Ubuntu 16.04 or later?

migra is a schema diff tool for PostgreSQL, written in Python.
It magically figures out all the statements required to get from A to B.
Migra supports PostgreSQL >= 9 only. Known issues exist with earlier versions.
How to use it
migra postgresql://user:psw@server-ip-address:5432/db-name-A postgresql://user:psw@server-ip-address:5432/db-name-B
