Install latest/None of nvidia-assemble
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install nvidia-assemble --NoneDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
This is an auxiliary snap for Ubuntu Core systems to correctly assemble NVIDIA drivers, load them into the kernel, and provide all the necessary device nodes, modprobe settings and udev rules.
This snap by itself does not contain any drivers, but install relies on the the kernel snap to ship NVIDIA driver components and detached signatures.
