ONVIF camera manager with live H.264 / HEVC video

OnvifLib.Gui is a cross-platform alternative to ONVIF Device Manager, built with Avalonia.

  • Discover cameras on the local network (WS-Discovery) or add them by address
  • Live H.264 / HEVC video through the bundled ffmpeg, several cameras in tabs
  • PTZ and presets, imaging, OSD, events, analytics, Profile G archive search and replay, Device I/O
  • Administration: users, network, date and time, maintenance

Remembered camera passwords are encrypted with a key kept in the desktop keyring. That needs the password-manager-service interface:

 sudo snap connect onviflib-gui:password-manager-service

Until it is connected the "Remember password" option stays off and nothing is stored. Saving snapshots to a USB drive needs sudo snap connect onviflib-gui:removable-media.

The app is MIT. The bundled ffmpeg is an LGPL build from BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds. Source and issues: https://github.com/treealarm/OnvifLib
